Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw, also known as Elizabeth Alice MacGraw, is an American author and designer who has received numerous awards for her writing and design. She has been a vocal advocate for the rights of animals. Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus '69 and The Getaway 72 are among her most acclaimed films. Growing up in a family of artists in New York she wished to work in the field of arts. She started as a photographic assistant before moving on to modeling and acting. The actress was awarded the Golden Globe Award in 1990 as an aspiring young actress. MacGraw's feature film Love Story was an international success, earning her the Academy Award nomination and Golden Globe Award. With just three releases she received the title of top female debut at the box office around the globe. The Grauman's Chinese Theater signed her name with handprints, foot prints and handprints in 1972. In addition, she was a part of The Getaway Convoy Players TV Miniseries The Winds of War, as well as other movies. The autobiography of MacGraw Moving Pictures was published in 1991. MacGraw was married to three individuals.
