Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. When she quit her gymnastics profession Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness shows when she was 16 years old. She won her Pro Card only one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete, model, and a sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness contests when she was 16, after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. After only one year, she was able to earn her Professional Card when she was 17. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from performing after she earned her Professional Card in order to finish her college studies. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to the stage in the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she left off in previous contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete throughout the years following her debut, establishing higher targets for herself every year. She was awarded four more fitness titles by the end of 2009. In addition, the 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB ever. Ariel had a long break following her professional card's issuance in order to earn her college degree. In the month of October, 2015 she returned with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. They placed her third at the event. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia, where she took 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very happy with her performance. It is no surprise that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she competed against the best athletes. Ariel has improved her physique each year. Ariel is known to be focused upon her lower back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pullups using machines, and bent-over rows. She usually warms up first before moving onto the working sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. The way she achieves this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. Four or three supersets that have 10-12 reps are done.
