She has worked in a variety of industries and groups of executives to reach objectives for business, particularly during times of fast changes and expansion. Annmarie is a respected advisor who has assisted in translating enterprise plans and goals into the people and business strategy by focusing on employee engagement and change management. She's passionate about learning as she sees leadership and team growth as the key competitive advantage. The vast experience she has gained with small and mid-size companies and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders. She has demonstrated results and successful outcomes helped cultivate an environment that promotes learning innovation and change in a positive way for individuals, teams as well as the entire organization. Annmarie is inspired to donate her talent and energy to help support Learning Ally's goals. When she has time off she provides assistance to a number of non-profit organisations. There are many organizations that she supports. The Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is among them. The goal of this committee is to train women to be leaders.
