Lita Ford and Francia Raisa
Lita Rossana Ford is born in Britain and was an American singer, guitarist, and songwriter. In the latter part of the 70s, she played as the lead guitarist for the hard-rocking All-girl group The Runaways. While the group was not successful within the United States, it gained huge popularity abroad. Ford's solo career in heavy metal proved successful following the split of the band. After taking lessons in singing, she launched her debut solo album, 'Out For Blood'. This was followed by the release of 'Dancin on the Edge'. Ford did not achieve much with either album and disappeared from the world of rock for 10 years. It was 1988 when she debuted her most successful album "Lita". Both the track "Kiss Me Deadly" as well as the ballad "Close My Eyes forever" were big hits. Sadly, her fame was brief and she disappeared from the music industry for a number of years. In 1995 she debuted 'Black' and 15 years later , 'Wicked Wonderland. The album she released was Time Capsule in 2016. Guitar Player Magazine presented her with the prestigious Certified Guitar Legend Award.
